Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to Monky AI, operated by Rafael Haimov. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Authorized use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only within the company, workspace, data, and permissions you are authorized to access. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another tenant, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account. Notify your workspace administrator if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Customer and user content
You retain whatever rights you already have in content you lawfully provide. You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, retrieve, transform, and display that content to provide the service. You must have the right to upload or submit the content you provide.
AI and generated output
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular decision. Verify important facts and use qualified human review for legal, financial, medical, compliance, employment, safety, or other high-impact decisions. The service does not guarantee any particular result.
External information
If a user enables web search, the service may retrieve information from third-party websites or services. Third-party content remains subject to its own terms and may be inaccurate or unavailable. A link or search result does not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
The application code, interface, branding, and original site content are owned by Rafael Haimov or their licensors, except for customer content and third-party material. © 2026 Rafael Haimov. All rights reserved.
Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Features may change as the product develops. The operator does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties that are not expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation that is not enforceable in a particular jurisdiction will apply only to the extent legally permitted.
Termination
Access may be suspended or removed for security reasons, unlawful use, violation of these Terms, loss of workspace authorization, or discontinuation of the service. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without overriding any mandatory protections that apply to you.
Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed to the administrator for the workspace that provided your account. A public legal contact must be configured before public commercial launch.
