Refund Policy

The current Monky AI application does not contain a public checkout, card-processing flow, or self-service subscription purchase. As a result, there are no purchases made through this website to refund.

If access is paid for under a separate written order, invoice, or customer agreement, cancellation and refund rights are governed by that agreement and any non-waivable rights under applicable law. If billing is added directly to this application in the future, this policy must be replaced with the actual purchase, cancellation, and refund terms shown before payment.

Billing questions

If you believe you were charged under a separate agreement, contact the organization or administrator that arranged your access. A public billing contact must be configured before direct public sales begin.
